Yes!  We offer a 1 Year Limited Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects you might encounter.  This warranty does not, of course, cover any damage or problems that occur from use of the product.

If you have any questions about the Brain Blox Warranty or wish to file a warranty claim, simply contact us.

We take pride in offering high quality products and hope you’ll enjoy everything you purchase through our site.  If, however, you wish to return something you bought, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the product is unused and in the exact same condition that you received it (including packaging, printed sheets, and accessories).

We do not offer any exchanges, but instead we offer refunds. If you prefer an exchange, we suggest you return the first item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you wanted to exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless told otherwise while obtaining an RA#.
