Intentional reflection on our day helps us be more aware of our actions, emotions and behaviors.  This form of mindfulness helps us discern between what is “working for us” and what isn’t.

In our printable called “How Did Today Go?” from the Conscious Kids Journal, we ask your child thoughtful questions about their day to help them determine what went well, what didn’t, how that felt, and whether or not they want to choose a different path tomorrow.
